Importing projects

The project importer depends on the optional ai functionality to enhance the import process. Please enable the AI functionality to use this feature.

If you wish to import a project and do not wish to configure your own AI provider, please contact Requify with details of your request for assistance with onboarding.

Importing steps

The AI-enhanced import process follows these steps:

  1. File Upload: A file provided by the user is uploaded to the enabled AI provider of the customer in Requify.

  1. File Analysis: The AI consumes the uploaded file and is instructed to analyze the file as a systems engineer. The AI is also instructed to generate return data in a structure that matches Requify's database schema.

  1. Digestion: When the AI has completed its analysis and data restructuring, it is returned to Requify and added to the user's database.
  2. Report: A report is presented to the user detailing the results of the import process.
